Prime President Robert Dankner closes another record-breaking New York transaction
Robert Dankner, president of NYC-based luxury brokerage firm Prime Manhattan Residential, continues to break sales records following the closing of 37 West 10th Street in Greenwich Village, a five-story, newly renovated townhouse that has sold for $37.2 million—the highest price ever paid for a townhouse in Downtown Manhattan.
Dankner, who just last week represented the buyer in the most expensive sale in Montauk, NY ($22.8 million for a single-family residence), represented the seller in this transaction.
