Silverback Development Appoints Jay M. Jameson as Executive Vice President

Silverback Development has hired a new Executive Vice President of Design and Construction, Jay M. Jameson. 

With close to 40 years of construction and management experience, Jay Jameson’s extensive work in the industry is unparalleled. Prior to Silverback tapping him as Executive Vice President and Director of Design & Construction, Jay served as a Project Executive, Owner’s Representative and Project Director for large scale commercial, institutional, mixed-used residential and hotel construction projects all over the world. Overseeing the construction of millions of square feet, some of his major projects include a 300-unit residential rental building near Hudson Yard, a 190-unit residential building in the West Village, a 6,000-unit mix residential project in the Middle East, The Plaza Hotel condominium conversion, renovation of the Chase Manhattan Bank in NYC, and the construction of American Express Co. Canadian Headquarters in Ontario. Jays attention to detail and precision make him one of the best professionals in the industry.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture & Technology from New York Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
