Halstead Real Estate, a leader in real estate technology and innovation, continues its creative approach to property marketing with a new partnership with GeoCV, a New York based PropTech startup and the only reality capture solution, leveraging 3D-enabled smartphones to produce the premier Virtual Open House™. The partnership will include a full suite of real estate visual marketing, from high fidelity 3D+360° photorealistic walkthroughs with textured floor plans, to professional photos and virtual staging.
Halstead and GeoCV launched their collaboration with a custom product for 116 Premium Point, a standout private estate called “All View,” perched on a nearly three-acre peninsula surrounded by the Long Island Sound, in Westchester, New York. GeoCV created a one-of-a-kind virtual tour solution integrating a 3D aerial model, shot with drone technology, stitched with contextual exterior alignment, and one click into the 3D+360° interior walkthrough. The final product offers potential buyers the opportunity to experience the entire estate interactively from a bird’s eye view, showcasing the exterior – sweeping grounds, originally conceived by the father of American landscape architecture and designer of Central Park, Frederick Law Olmstead; a private beach; boat dock; swimming pool and stone paved terraces – as well as the majestic interior, encompassing 23,000 square feet of meticulously restored space.
“The technology allows us to showcase this impressive waterfront estate in a way that traditional photos and floorplans simply could not. The partnership will enable us to deliver a transparent experience to buyers that makes a sometimes-stressful experience of home buying much more streamlined,” said Matthew Leone, Chief Marketing Officer of Halstead.
“Showcasing the land and exterior of a house is crucial for marketing and understanding of any single-family home and especially for unique properties like Premium Point. There is no better way to communicate the extraordinary nature of a mansion that feels like a private island than allow potential buyers to experience it interactively from multiple perspectives,” said Anton Yakubenko, Co-Founder and CEO of GeoCV.
