Adellco LLC announced Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group as the official marketing and sales firm for its downtown luxury development, d’Orsay. The 11-story luxury boutique condominium located at 211 West 14th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues has been envisioned by AD 100 designer Jacques Garcia, with only a few of the building’s 21 homes remaining and with closings well underway. d’Orsay has unveiled three new model residences and its opulent suite of Jacques Garcia-designed amenities.
“The 14th Street corridor continues to draw buyers because of its convenience and its locations as an anchor of the West Village, Chelsea, and the Meatpacking District,” said Matthew Adell, President of Adellco LLC. “With Corcoran Sunshine’s expertise in the downtown market, we are confident that they’ll be able to showcase all that the d’Orsay has to offer and its value in such an ideal location.”
The d’Orsay is French designer Jacques Garcia’s first residential development project. The contextual design is inspired by his roots and the fabric of the Meatpacking District and West Village. Garcia, well known for his work on the Nomad Hotel and the Parisian Hotel Costes, approached the design of d’Orsay as a boutique hotel; incorporating French influence throughout. The building’s lobby incorporates a mix of antiqued bronze and French plaster walls, a custom black wood reception desk, and Jacques Garcia-designed furniture in his signature shade of red.
The thoughtfully-designed residences, ranging from two- to four-bedroom homes, are complete with oversized casement windows and direct keyed elevator entry. Kitchens showcase honed marble slab countertops and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Master baths are outfitted with a custom vanity, cast iron soaking tub, and honed herringbone marble floors. Select premium residences feature expansive terraces and fireplaces in entertaining rooms—a rarity in new construction projects.
Interior design firm ASH NYC designed the 7th floor residence, offering three bedrooms and a large great room and dining room ideal for entertaining. Two additional model residences, 6A, a three-bedroom residence, and 6B, a two-bedroom residence have also been fully modeled, showcasing d’Orsay’s gracious floorplans and fine finishes.
“Now that the building is complete, buyers are able to experience the building and the luxury lifestyle d’Orsay offers,” said Michael Johnson of Corcoran. “d’Orsay is a sophisticated addition to a neighborhood that is one of the most sought after in downtown Manhattan.”
d’Orsay boasts a suite of amenities including a landscaped roof terrace, a skylit fitness center with a steam room, spa with a plunge pool, a drawing room, and a full-time concierge.
