Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s Fourth Annual CS Talks Begins on October 16th

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, New York City’s undisputed leader in residential new development marketing and sales, announced the fourth annual installment of their highly popular CS Talks program. The nine-day series of conversations, spanning from October 16th through October 26th, is expected to bring well over 1,000 real estate professionals to compelling events and dialogues at 19 developments across the city represented by Corcoran Sunshine.

CS Talks is a pioneering event series and was a first for the real estate industry when it launched in 2015. Since then, it has brought nearly 4,500 top industry professionals to Corcoran Sunshine developments through engaging and unique programming as well as rare opportunities to interact with some of the top figures in the NYC real estate and design worlds. CS Talks offers real estate agents a new level of insight into both Corcoran Sunshine new developments and broader trends within real estate, culture, and design.

The CS Talks program has had a meaningful, positive impact on Corcoran Sunshine’s sales volume over the last few years, especially in the month’s surrounding the series. Last year’s CS talks brought over 1,250 real estate professionals to the program, which resulted in a measurable uptick in both transactions and traffic at Corcoran Sunshine developments. Participating properties saw an average of twice the sales traffic and one to three times more signed contracts in the months following the series compared to non-participating properties. Engagement on social media is also an important element to CS Talks, with last year’s program garnering nearly 100,000 impressions on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

The 2018 edition of CS Talks celebrates the launches of two highly-anticipated projects: 11 Hoyt in Downtown Brooklyn, with a panel featuring MacArther Foundation Fellow and architect Jeanne Gang; and Greenwich West in Hudson Square, featuring a French wine tasting with Grant Reynolds, the master sommelier of Charlie Bird.

One of the mose anticipated events is a conversation at 30 Park Place between the building’s famed developer, Larry Silverstein and architect, Robert A.M. Stern, titled “When Mr. Downtown Met New York’s Master Architect.”

Other CS Talks program highlights include:

– The unveiling of amenity spaces at 70 Vestry with celebrity event planner, Bronson Van Wyck
– A discussion with the office of architect Sir David Adjaye in the sales gallery for 130 William
– A panel with Architectural Digest at Manhattan View at MiMA
– A one-night-only light installation in Waterline Square Park by artist Luigi Cassaniga curated by Doreen Remen and Yvonne Force Villareal of Culture Corps
– A first-look hard hat tour of The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards with Related at Fifteen Hudson Yards
– A masterclass in architecture and design at 40 East End Avenue with architect and Dean of the Yale School of Architecture, Deborah Burke and Stephen Brockman

“As we approach the fourth year of CS Talks, we always find incredible stories to tell about our properties, producing totally original content that inspires agents, developers, and many throughout the industry,” said Kelly Kennedy Mack, President of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. “These stories speak to the many talents people —in the fields of architecture, design, art, and cuisine—that help shape developments and their surrounding neighborhoods. CS Talks is a celebration and exhibition of these unique collaborations.”
