Skyline Developers, the New York affiliate of Garden Homes Development, one of the largest family owned and operated residential and commercial builders in the country, announced that they have commissioned critically acclaimed Morris Adjmi Architects to design their next luxury residential rental building, located at 12 West 55th Street between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas. Skyline is known for its premier rental properties throughout Manhattan, including ML House, Bryant Park’s first luxury rental building, slated to launch leasing later this year.

The 24-story building will feature over 100 residences paired with an exclusive suite of amenities. Its design will be inspired by the block’s pre-war architecture, featuring striking facades and decorative elements. It will include a series of 6 setbacks on West 55th Street, affording discerning renters spectacular Midtown vistas in all directions, with views of the Museum of Modern Art’s iconic Sculpture Garden to the south.
12 West 55th Street will also include 11,500 square-feet of retail space, situated in a prime and visible location, ideal for a flagship store.

Construction on 12 West 55th Street is expected to begin in Spring 2019.
