One Sullivan Place in Prospect Park, Brooklyn has begun construction, revealing a new design.
Back in 2015, developer Sterling Town Equities retained Workshop DA to design an 8-story, 16-unit residential building. Now, new renderings reveal an expanded 12-story structure that incorporates two 25-foot cantilevers above adjacent low-rise buildings on both sides of the property.
Designed by RKTB, the building will now comprise approximately 60,000 square feet of residential area and amenity space. While the amenity package has not been revealed, the 48 apartment units will range from one- to three-bedrooms. Residents will also have access to a below-grade parking area.
The project is expected to be complete in 2019, according to the general contractor, JRM Construction Management.
