Permits were filed for a six-story residential building at 303 Powell Street in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks west of the L Train’s Sutter Avenue subway stop, and two blocks north of the Junius Street 3-line station. Mosche Ostricher is responsible for the development.
The 63-foot tall steel structure will hold 21,447 square feet, with 14,986 used for residential space. 22 apartments will be created, with an average of 681 square feet per unit. Off-street parking will be included for six vehicles. The interior lot has a rear year 35 feet in length.
Diego Aguilera Architects are responsible for the design.
