Citi Habitats welcomed two new hires to their Marketing Department. First, Keith Yu joins the firm as their Digital Marketing Analyst. In this new role, Keith will design metrics to help measure the effectiveness of the Citi Habitats’ digital marketing campaigns. He will track the progress of leads from first point of contact through the close of a deal. Keith’s goal is to improve clients’ digital experience, both on CitiHabitats.com – and beyond. In addition, he is tasked with boosting the brokerage’s return on investment in terms of digital marketing – and will advise on S.E.O. strategies.
Prior to joining Citi Habitats, Keith was a Digital Marketing Manager at Google, where he gauged the effectiveness of marketing partnerships across practice groups. He also worked for several years in event planning for Institutional Investor – an international research and publishing firm with a focus on the financial industry.
Keith graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Creative Writing. Born in Brooklyn, he is a current resident of Staten Island.
In addition, Maggie Jensen has joined Citi Habitats as their Agent Marketing Coordinator for Brooklyn. Maggie will teach agents at Citi Habitats’ Brooklyn offices best practices for the use of the company’s suite of marketing services. From how to use contact-management services like Contactually and Bambu – to creating a compelling newsletter – Maggie will help agents take full advantage of the firm’s best-in-class resources and educational opportunities. While she will work out of Citi Habitats’ Greenpoint location, Maggie will be a significant presence at all Brooklyn branches, where she will present at office meetings, hold small-group training sessions and conduct one-on-one consultations.
Prior to moving to her corporate role, Maggie was a successful agent at Citi Habitats’ Williamsburg office. She also worked in sales and marketing for a Downtown condo development while at Compass. In addition, she was one of the first three hires at brokerage TripleMint, where she served as their Client Experience Manager. Maggie helped business owners monetize unused office space during her time as a ‘Venue Ambassador’ for co-working provider Liquid Space.
A native of Chicago, Maggie grew up in North Palm Beach, Florida – where she was a competitive swimmer. She moved to New York to attended NYU – and graduated with a degree in Media, Culture and Communications. A certified yoga instructor, Maggie is a current resident of Greenpoint.
