Manhattan-based DMG Investments, LLC (DMG), a national real estate development organization and the U.S. subsidiary of DoThink Holding Group, a well-known real estate developer in China, announced the promotion of Jacky He to Chief Executive Officer.
He founded DMG Investments LLC and previously served as the company’s Executive Vice President where he has led the investment of over $400 million in prominent residential projects in major urban and key suburban markets throughout the country. He possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen that has allowed him to oversee the company’s rapid growth in the residential housing sector.
As CEO, He will direct all U.S operations and investments for DMG, including its existing portfolio of luxury for-sale condominiums and student housing, as well as new developments throughout the United States. This includes One Park, the developer’s 204-unit luxury condominium building in Cliffside Park, NJ just minutes from Manhattan.
Closings are underway at One Park, which held its official grand opening this fall on New Jersey’s famed Hudson River Gold Coast.
