EmpireCore has announced that it has been selected by The Dermot Company to redevelop 101 West End, a 33-story residential building located in the Upper West Side neighborhood of New York City.
“We were pleased to be awarded the opportunity to work on this redevelopment including many modern amenities and improvements,” said Florim Lajqi, EmpireCore CEO.
The redevelopment will include upgrades to the building’s rooftop lounge, indoor dog park, individual units and community lounge. The property is in close proximity to the Lincoln Center, Central Park West, Riverside Park and high-end retail stores.
The firm plans to provide luxury living spaces unique to the Upper West Side experience. EmpireCore will modernize the building by adding state-of-the-art finishing touches to all 503 units. Building improvements will also include the addition of a 15,000 square-foot communal lounge, a multi-purpose terrace and over 20,000 square feet of luxury amenity space. Projections for the completed redevelopment of 101 West End are set for 2020.
EmpireCore plans to create spacious, convenient living for the residents of the Upper West Side. Building amenities include a 24-hour concierge service, gym and half basketball court. Select units will include terraces, den space and walk-in closets with custom features.
