Chroma Art Exhibition Property Of Light: Artists Bring Light to Foster Care Children

Let there be light by sending kids to camp. Ten artists collaborate to enrich the lives of children in the foster care system with a new exhibition benefit.

The Felix Organization, founded by Emmy-award winning casting director Sheila Jaffee, and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Darryl McDaniels AKA DMC will shine at Chroma: Property of Light Exhibition. Featuring the best of ten contemporary artists and curated by gallery owner/supermodel/actor, Debbie Dickinson in alliance with Myra Scheer of SiriusXM, “Chroma” will debut at Calligaris Chelsea from July 6 until the 3rd of August. Dickinson was inspired to exhibit a group of working artists who use their imagination, memories and observations from real life while realizing their interpretations of color. Featuring bold figurative and abstract pieces that use one base color and highlight other hues to enhance their inventiveness, “Chroma” has to do with light, how it enriches and changes color and, ultimately, our lives.

CHROMA: Property of Light emerges. To showcase this integration, the show will feature the return of Bryan LeBoeuf, Bill Buchman, Evan Sebastian Lagache, Geraldo Perez, Iran Issa Khan and introduce Byron Keith Byrd, Eva B. Gorson, Mary Reid, Matt Stock and Tatiana Lisovskaya.

Proud Supporters of The Felix Organization:

A portion of the proceeds from Dickinson Gallery art purchases will benefit children in the foster care system.
