Meaning “elixir of life” in Sanskrit, Amrit (pronounced Ahm-rit) is founded on the belief that true well-being and longevity are achieved through the integration of the five pillars of wellness: mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, relaxation and sleep. These guiding principles are woven into every aspect of the property, including its 155 wellness-inspired guest rooms, five dining concepts, more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces, and the focal point, Amrit Wellness & Spa.

Amrit Wellness & Spa is anything but a typical hotel spa facility; it extends beyond traditional spa treatments to offer fully immersive and exclusive experiences designed to balance and enhance overall wellness. Highlights include the Aayush, Florida’s first and only indoor-outdoor hydrothermal water therapy circuit; the Personal Wellness Support System (PWSS), a proprietary web-based platform designed to further customize guests’ wellness journeys before, during and after their stay; and one of the few luxury hammams in South Florida. Additionally, Amrit has collaborated with board-certified physicians and medical practitioners to offer integrated health assessments and wellness services, including Hair Health Assessments in partnership with board-certified hair restoration physician and trichologist Dr. Alan J. Amrit Wellness & Spa, which uses a combination of European, Chinese and Indian wellness traditions and techniques, boasts 25 treatment rooms, 12 of which include in-room showers; two deluxe couples suites with private steam showers and ocean views; and a Thai massage room.
