NoHo’s 25 Great Jones Street Nears Completion

25 Great Jones Street is fast approaching completion in NoHo. Located between Great Jones Street and Bond, the 11-story condominium project is designed by BKSK Architects , with Second Development Servicesand Richport Group as the two developers. With a penthouse spanning about 4,000 square feet, a total of six units will begin at $9.8 million.

The project has been in the works for some time now, with a long history of design updates, building occupancy types, and attempts to complete construction, along with a change of developers. The property was originally slated to become a 14-story hotel but was switched to condominiums later in the process.

The back of the property, which faced Bond Street, has a tall perforated steel screen, which will divide the sidewalk from a 2,500-square-foot landscaped courtyard. The green space will be designed by Future Green Studio and residents can look over the winding pathway, climbing shrubs, and steel trellis structure. Every unit is planned to have three bedrooms with three and a half baths, each averaging around 3,000 to 4,000 square feet with one to two balconies. The top penthouse will feature two outdoor terraces while the secondary penthouse will come with one.
