Leasing Launches at Hollingsworth in Midtown Manhattan

Vanbarton Group announced the launch of leasing at Hollingsworth in Manhattan. Located at 70 West 37th Street at the corner of Sixth Avenue in Midtown, the 25-story rental building features a collection of 380 luxury residences paired with an expansive suite of technology and lifestyle-driven amenities, just blocks away from New York City’s iconic Bryant Park.

The state-of-the-art apartments begin at approximately$3,330 per month for a studio, $4,250 per month for a one-bedroom and $5,925 per month for a two-bedroom. Move-ins begin next month.

Kitchens feature stone countertops,waterfalls and backsplash, stainless steel built-in European appliances and soft-close cabinetry. The bathrooms feature imported Italian tile and soaking tubs.

The building is also in close proximity to over a dozen subway lines and is located in the middle of the city’s top cultural, dining, retail, entertainment and wellness options.

 The property also consists of 75,000 square feet of office space, 12,000 square feet of retail space and 120 parking spaces. The side-core, light-filled office space – marketed by Cushman and Wakefield and offering significant Sixth Avenue signage – features a modern dedicated lobby onSixth Avenue and an exclusive outdoor deck space. The retail space, also facing Sixth Avenue at the nexus of Bryant Park and NoMad with significant foot traffic, is being marketed by RKF.

The building has already welcomed four new retailers: Birch Coffee, Paris Baguette, I Milky, and Krispy Kreme. Remaining retail spaces range from 700 to 6,000 square feet including 18-foot ceilings and a window-walled storefront.
