As a licensed associate real estate broker and former partner in a real estate law firm, Rubin has represented buyers, sellers and developers in hundreds of transactions. She is well versed in every aspect of the real estate transaction process and brings over 25 years of professional real estate experience to Fox Residential.
Rubin guides buyers and sellers confidently through the sale or purchase of their new home while consistently exceeding their expectations. A highly skilled negotiator, she combines effective communication and in-depth knowledge of the current property values to achieve the best terms for her clients.
