Lisa Daniel Closes Third Orangetheory Deal

RIPCO Real Estate recently announced that Lisa Daniel, a top broker representing the firm’s leasing activities across Westchester County in New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut, successfully secured retail space for national fitness concept Orangetheory Fitness (Orangetheory) in Mamaroneck, NY. Daniel signed the tenant to a 3,200-square-foot, 10-year lease at Brixmor Property Group’s 805 Mamaroneck Avenue. The deal is Daniel’s third Orangetheory transaction in the area and is the sixth transaction in the area overall for Orangetheory.

“This deal accomplishes Orangetheory’s business goal of expanding across Westchester County with a new location on a central, north-south thoroughfare that connects Mamaroneck to neighboring towns,” said Daniel. “Bringing an additional Orangetheory to the heart of Westchester will give residents of Mamaroneck and bordering villages access to a premier personal training and interval fitness concept in their backyard and further extends the trend of boutique fitness studios opening in the region.”

Daniel has closed 11 fitness deals across Westchester and Fairfield Counties for fitness brands Orangetheory, Pure Barre and StretchLab. She also leased 3,275 square feet to Orangetheory at 150 Main Street in Tuckahoe and at the Jefferson Valley Mall, located at 650 Lee Boulevard, in Yorktown Heights, both in Westchester County.
